Role Description:
You’ll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Lead high-density PCB design projects from concept through production.
- Utilize advanced PCB design tools (Altium Designer, Cadence OrCAD, PADS) for schematic and layout work.
- Conduct design rule checks (DRC) and ensure manufacturability.
- Collaborate with hardware, mechanical, and systems engineers to meet design requirements.
- Perform signal integrity, thermal, and DFM analysis.
- Generate manufacturing documentation including Gerber files, BOMs, and assembly drawings.
- Mentor and support junior PCB designers.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in PCB design (preferably in high-speed, high-temp environments).
- Hands-on experience with multiple PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, PADS, etc.).
- Deep understanding of IPC standards, EMI/EMC design, and manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
- Experience in the energy or industrial electronics sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards like RoHS, REACH.
- Exposure to thermal and signal integrity simulations.
You’ll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelor's Degree in related field is required.
