About the Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Lead Software Developer (C#/Azure) to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading software development projects, guiding the technical direction, and mentoring a team of developers. You will work on engineering scalable, high-quality solutions and actively contribute to a fast-moving, agile development environment.

What You Will Bring to the Role

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, OR equivalent experience/certifications
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development, with expertise in leading projects and mentoring teams
• Passion for delivering sustainable, high-quality solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take ownership while collaborating in a remote team environment
• A driven, collaborative, and enthusiastic personality
• A full grasp of the agile software development life cycle
• Effective presentation skills to individuals and groups
• Mentoring and training skills to guide the technical growth of software developers

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead software development projects, assessing and communicating project progress and roadblocks
• Provide input to the implementation strategy of various initiatives
• Engineer technical solutions that maintain high standards of software quality
• Mentor peers on the how, what, and why of technical solutions
• Actively participate in code reviews and estimation activities
• Provide input into continuous improvement experimentation
• Provide production support as needed
• Create and update software artifacts
• Actively participate in a fast-moving, agile software development team
