Lead Solution Specialist, Finance Systems (EPBCS)

Get to know the Role:

Reporting to the EPM Manager II of Finance Systems, you will manage Grab's EPBCS application who has a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes. This is a 'hands-on' role for those with configuration and system development skills in Oracle EPM suite of solutions, namely EPBCS. Exposure to solution integration with other ERP systems is desirable.

Workplace Type: This role will be onsite and based in Bangalore office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform:

• collaboratively to implement and support Oracle EPM products and technology, addressing complex duties and tasks.
• Enhance existing applications and manage multiple Oracle EPM tools, delivering high-quality solutions within time constraints through root cause analysis.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills to ensure well-developed solutions and adherence to company IT implementation methodology and documentation standards.
• Ensure accurate data validation and maintain robust documentation and presentation practices.
• Demonstrate while executing varied and complex tasks.

The Essential Skills You Will Need:

• 8+ years of experience configuring Oracle EPM modules, with complete project lifecycle experience in Planning and Budgeting projects.
• Proficiency in working with EPBCS modules, including Financials, Workforce, and Capex, and expertise in writing business rules and calc scripts.
• Skills in building forms, managing smartlists, action menus, task lists, and security configurations within planning tools.
• Familiarity with application tuning and optimization, and experience with ASO cubes and MDX member formulas.
• Handle data movement between applications and maintain integrations, and automate operations using EPM Automate, Batch, or Shell scripting.
• This is an Individual Contributor role and we don't expect you to have any people manager experience.
