Your role:
 
Your key duties and responsibilities
·       Drafting, negotiating and managing complex contracts
·       Providing legal advice on a variety of legal topics including civil law, intellectual property, corporate law, M&A and real estate
·       Conducting research, investigating facts and developing legal arguments

We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
 
Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
·       Master’s degree in Law (with honors) 105+
·       Relevant experience as lawyer in a leading law firm/boutique law firm
·       Excellent knowledge of the Italian and English language
·       Strong organization skills
·       Strong planning skills and excellent attention to detail      and accuracy
·       With your “get things done” attitude you can prioritize, support, and track multiple tasks successfully while meeting deadlines in a constantly changing environment
