Our AI is used by large enterprises like Jio, Vodafone, Airbus, SBI, Bajaj, ICICI and unicorns such as Grab, Groww, Byjus, Cred for verifying identities of customers and preventing fraud (prevented $22M annual fraud in a single large NBFC). What do we do

Verifying ‘who they say they are’ online, right from the Nigerian prince scams to email-imposters who claim to be the company's CEO - the problem is ever evolving and growing along with the internet's growth. Thus, building the Identity Infrastructure for Internet scale is indeed a critical step to empower new-age businesses to grow. We’ve solved this challenge really well & validated the identities of 700+ million customers until date (> 9% of the world’s population).

We are actively building HyperStart, a AI-powered automated Contract Lifecycle Management tool for scaling businesses to save their time spent in organising, searching, reviewing, sharing and tracking contractual data.

What will you do?

As an early member, you will play a critical role in shaping the product. You will work on:

AI Development

• Develop AI-powered products, incorporating large language models (LLMs), embeddings, and other AI technologies into the product.
• Ensure that best practices are followed in solving AI problems including thorough problem analysis, prior research understanding, persistent experimentation and documentation, rapid prototyping and extensive testing.
• Devise benchmark datasets and protocols for thorough performance evaluation of the solution against real-world test cases.
• Handle challenges w.r.t data requirements such as ideating the best ways of sourcing data, creating new tools for data annotation, etc. to effectively solve the AI problems.
• Productionise and launch new AI integrations into the core product.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product features on time.
• File for patents and publish research papers at AI conferences.

• Actively engage with user feedback, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage data-driven insights to build AI solutions that align with user needs and business objectives.

Customer Success

• Assist clients with necessary support needed for smooth understanding and testing of our products.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and best-in-class performance of the developed solutions by continuously seeking feedback from customers, product teams, internal and external benchmarks

Team Growth

• Contribute to the growth of the AI team through proactive effort on staying up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends, process improvements, and performance enhancements on existing solutions.
• Help recruit new interns and mentor junior engineers/interns to help them achieve their goals and grow.

What we need from you -

Domain expertise and experience:

• Deep understanding of ML, DL, and NLP, with a strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, and calculus
• 2-4 years of hands-on full-time industry experience after graduation (on ML/DL) building, evaluating, and iterating on neural network architectures that effectively solve the problem, working with data teams to collect and organize the data needed for the task at hand and contributing to end-to-end product/feature development
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining AI models in production.
• Built at least 1 product using LLMs gone live with actual clients/customers and are fluent with the recent advancements in the field.
• Highly proficient in Python
• You've worked previously in a fast-paced environment as the primary contributor of a critical product
