About the role  

We are a peculiar SaaS revenue organization, built to support a rapidly scaling technology startup driven by a hybrid of product-led-growth and sales-led-growth (PLG / SLG). We’re looking for hustlers to help us accelerate the startups and SMB customer segment business for DevRev via outreach, business development, partnerships, events and community initiatives. This will help enhance our outbound efforts with global partners and contribute to various awareness/ marketing campaigns. Additionally, the role involves supporting the design and execution of startup ecosystem enablement programs, as well as organizing events to foster community engagement.

Requirements 

  • Passionate about startups, technology and GenAI.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in Startups Strategy Operations, Business Development or Program Manager roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business,  Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills including stakeholder management, time management, prioritization and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong ownership, bias for action and maintaining a high quality bar on deliverables 
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scrappy and global environment
