As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will execute the talent acquisition strategy at Aristocrat, identifying opportunities to attract and place top talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and leaders, advising on open roles and planning for future hiring to achieve company growth. This role requires building relationships across the organization. You will lead a team of recruiters to meet talent objectives and collaborate with executives and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include guiding business leaders with innovative strategies, mentoring recruiters, analyzing metrics, partnering with Diversity and Inclusion leaders, managing a high-performing team, and enhancing Aristocrat's employer brand.

Job Details

Bring your talent acquisition career and knowledge to Aristocrat to support our mission of Bringing Joy to Life through the Power of Play. As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be focused on the execution of our talent acquisition strategy and identify opportunities, ensuring that Aristocrat attracts and places top talent throughout the company. Working closely and in partnership with hiring managers and leaders, along with other stakeholders across the People & Culture team, advising on open roles and planning for future hiring, ensuring the talent is in place to achieve our company growth targets.

 

This role requires a strong drive to improve and build relationships across the organisation. You’ll lead a team of geographically diverse recruiters who deliver upon our talent objectives and proactively collaborate with executives, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.

 

What You’ll Do

Be a thought leader in recruitment, guiding business leaders with innovative strategies and developing a world-class recruiting engine.

·       Mentoring and coaching recruiters to improve candidate pipelines and recruitment lifecycle efficiencies, establishing performance goals and metrics.

·       Analyzing metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

·       Partnering with Diversity and Inclusion leaders to enhance representation and measure effectiveness.

·       Managing and developing a high-performing team through performance management, coaching, and mentoring.

·       Leading your team to achieve talent acquisition goals, focusing on quality, speed, and exceptional customer and candidate experiences.

·       Collaborating with customers, peers, partners, and stakeholders to establish the TA organisation as consultative, trusted advisors.

·       Educating and influencing leadership on best practices and strategic opportunities, implementing process and systems improvements.

·       Enhancing Aristocrat’s employer brand by fostering high-quality experiences and expanding engagement through social media and networking.

·       Utilizing market data and trends to guide the team and business towards growth opportunities.

·       Leading special projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

 

What We're Looking For

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of relevant work experience.
  • 15+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 year in a global or gaming/technology company.
  • 4+ years of people leadership experience with increasing responsibility and oversight.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop geographically remote teams.
  • Success in creating and executing strategic, creative, and data-driven hiring plans to attract a diverse tech candidate pool.
  • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with customers, employees, management, and executives.
  • Passion for solving problems and leading collaborative efforts.
  • Strong capability in managing multiple priorities/projects, meeting deadlines, facilitating change, and delegating responsibilities.
  • Excellent analytical, organisational, and decision-making skills with proven negotiation abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for taking on new tasks, with a focus on customer experience, operational excellence, and continuous development.

Nice to Have

  • Be a proficient user of recruitment technology, ideally with previous Workday experience
  • Comfortable working with and presenting recruitment data and market data, reporting, and analytics – ideally with TalentNeuron or similar tools
  • Knowledge of global recruitment best practices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific regions.
  • Prior experience in large gaming, content distribution, media and entertainment, or technology organisations.
