Must have:
  • Lead a dynamic sales team to drive sales efforts across all product lines and services for our government and enterprise markets in the South East Asia region.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close deals with new and existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry partners and decision-makers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase market share.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and represent Motorola Solutions in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
  • Provide management with sales forecasts, market trends and competitive analysis.

Job Description

Motorola Solutions is seeking a dynamic Sales Leader/Sales Director for South East Asia with a proven track record in government and enterprise sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic sales team to drive sales efforts across all product lines and services for our government and enterprise markets in the South East Asia region
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify, cultivate, and close deals with new and existing customers.

Basic Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the government and enterprise sector.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in strategic planning and business development.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Knowledge of the South East Asia market
