Job Description

Tesla seeks a Mobile Service Dispatcher in Køge, Denmark. This role requires strong customer service and technical skills. Responsibilities include coordinating repairs according to warranty guidelines, determining if solutions are remote/phone-based or require technician work, communicating with customers via various channels (text, calls, email), scheduling customer appointments for optimal technician routing, responding to roadside requests, and planning for PTO and vehicle maintenance. Success demands high organization, energy, and a passion for the Tesla brand. The ideal candidate has experience in a customer-facing technical/automotive role, understands parts processes and warranties, and excels at translating technical information into clear, customer-friendly language. Excellent communication skills (English and Danish) are essential.

What You’ll Do

Coordinate repairs in accordance with new and used warranty guidelines and specifications
Determine if technical solution can be resolved remotely, over the phone, or requires technician work.
Communicate with customers through text, calls, email or other internal communications to provide service status, scheduling updates, payments and answer questions
Coordinate scheduling of customers to hour block windows to ensure maximum throughput and routing of mobile service technicians
Respond to roadside requests to coordinate the servicing of customer vehicles.
Plan with service leadership for any PTO, vehicle downtime/maintenance and adjustment of vehicles on road to meet/exceed customer demand
Available to work on additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

What You’ll Bring

Relevant experience in a customer facing role delivering excellent service, preferably from a technical/ automotive environment
Strong understanding of parts process, warranty, and ability to translate technical knowledge into customer friendly language both written and verbally
Ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
Strong verbal and written communication skills over phone, email, and SMS, in [English and Danish]
Ability to address and defuse difficult conversations and customer conflict
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Valid driver’s license
