Job Description

The Office Manager in Dubai will be responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling mail and deliveries, performing various administrative tasks (data entry, filing, scheduling), managing office supplies, providing employee support (technology, stationery), coordinating cleaning schedules, handling minor purchases, collaborating with facilities management and external contractors, and offering occasional administrative support (printing documents). The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in English, problem-solving abilities, attentiveness, and proficient PC skills.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Provide necessary support to employees with technology, accessories, stationery, etc.
  • Contribute to office support, including organizing and overseeing cleaning schedules, handling minor purchases of products and supplies
  • Coordination with facilities management, building management teams to maintain the office environment and handle any repairs or potential improvements
  • Help in collaboration with external contractors and services (delivery service, florists, etc.)
  • Offer occasional administrative support (e.g., handling, printing documents, etc.)
