Job Description

This part-time Park Operations Host position at a resort (likely Disneyland) focuses on resort transportation. Responsibilities include controlling guest flow at transportation interchanges, directing guests to shuttle services, managing queues, operating open carparks, welcoming guests, handling guest property, and addressing guest inquiries. The role requires excellent communication skills and willingness to work various locations, including outdoors, on weekdays in shifts determined by the company. The schedule and number of workdays are dependent on workload demands.

Must have:

Good communication skills
Weekday availability
Shift work flexibility
Guest service experience

Job Summary:

This part time role will need to work in shifts according to rosters determined by the Company-
Weekday part time: available to work on Mondays to Fridays

Responsibilities:

Resort Transportations

Control guest flow at Disneyland Public Transport Interchange
Direct Guests to take hotel guest shuttle services and control guest flow at queuing area
Operate open carpark area & welcome Guests
Transport, care and storage of Guests’ property
Interact with Guests, and handle their enquires & requests

Basic Qualifications:

Good communication skills.
Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
Available to work on weekdays and work in shift

Additional Information:

Schedule Availability
Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company. Actual work schedule and number of work days per week depend on workload demand.
