Job Description

Aristocrat Interactive seeks a Partnership Manager to join its Commercial team. Responsibilities include managing the Ignite Studios revenue stream, exceeding monthly targets, collaborating with Account Managers to identify and sell-in 3rd party vendors, negotiating deals with partners and operators, managing vendor onboarding and launch processes, building and maintaining strong partner relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between vendors and Aristocrat Interactive. The role also involves managing vendor game release plans, liaising with internal teams, and acting as an internal champion for studios. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as an account manager/commercial manager/affiliate manager in the online industry, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and strong B2B client management skills. Experience within the iGaming industry is essential.
Must have:
  • 3-5 years experience in account management/commercial roles in online industry
  • iGaming industry experience (minimum 3 years)
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong B2B client relationship management
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills
Good to have:
  • Experience working in an iGaming B2C operator
  • Experience drafting proposals and presenting to clients

Currently Aristocrat Interactive is looking for a Partnership Manager to join our Commercial team .

What You'll Do

Responsibilities:

  • Responsibility for our Ignite Studios revenue stream, new and existing to include:
  • Meeting and exceeding set monthly revenue targets
  • Work with Account Managers to identify opportunities & to successfully sell-in and deliver new 3rd party vendors to their account base
  • Negotiate new deals alongside our Partners to new operators (in conjunction with Account Managers) in an effort to maximize revenues
  • Negotiation and deliver bespoke Aristocrat Interactive 3rd party funded promotions exclusively for our operator base from our vendors
  • To help manage new vendor release process, ensuring smooth and efficient new launch to targeted operators, setting clear deadlines 
  • Build and manage close relationships with existing and new partners. Management will be via phone calls, email, Skype and the occasional face-to-face meetings. 
  • Manage a smooth communication flow of a non-technical nature to and from studios partners within Aristocrat Interactive in a professional and organized manner. Create and manage backlogs of vendor requirements.
  • Work closely with Ignite partners to identify and to deliver agreed business plan objectives
  • Manage the (non-technical) onboarding of new vendors: involving close liaison with the Delivery & Integrations teams through to identifying a clear plan (and timeline) for launch to Aristocrat Interactive customers
  • Act as the internal champion for our studios, making sure they are provided with excellent service – including helping to facilitate direct communications between vendors and Aristocrat Interactive customers
  • Management and updating of the rolling 3-month vendor game release plan
  • Aid partners in delivery of their promotional plans to Aristocrat Interactive customers
  • Liaise with the Delivery and Product teams as well as other internal departments to effectively respond to vendor inquiries and concerns, and to communicate feedback on vendor requirements, preferences and valued-added features.
  • Supporting Head of Ignite and Director of Partnerships in execution of successful vendor relationship strategy

What We're Looking For

Required experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an account manager / commercial manager/affiliate manager across any relevant online (digital) industry and sector
  • Previous experience of negotiation and deal making in the iGaming industry
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within the iGaming industry
  • Experience supporting key accounts and a proven track record in growing an existing business portfolio and in achieving, and exceeding, established revenue targets
  • A record of developing strong working relationships with executives, peers, and associates
  • Experience working inside an iGaming B2C operator is highly advantageous

 

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • KPI driven
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proven competence in negotiating. Good levels of experience in managing B2B clients and in working to contractually agreed commercial terms
  • Tech savvy and customer service oriented
  • Professional, resourceful, and patient, and tactful in handling customer inquiries and negotiations
  • Enthusiasm and leadership. A strong work ethic necessary to succeed in a dynamic, fast-moving and results oriented environment
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Experience drafting proposals and presenting in front of customers is ideal
