As a Quality Assurance Engineer II at Riot, we run the QA process for our teams that make features on Riot's products. We work with teams of software engineers, content developers, gameplay designers, artists, producers and project managers to create value for Players around the world. We are guided by Riot's Test Policies to do the quality activities at every stage of the software development life cycle that set our teams up for success. Additionally, we partner with our teams to arrive at more efficient solutions to everyday problems and improve delivery. We are also tasked to work with other QA professionals, often remotely to get our work completed.
As a Quality Assurance Engineer II on TeamFight Tactics Gameplay Live Team, you will be the quality owner for content and services produced primarily for TeamFight Tactics Live Gameplay, Set release, and related content drops. As a quality owner, you can perform planned duties self-directed with a high level of quality. You’re responsible for ensuring that design and delivery intent is clearly understood by the test teams, risks to quality are highlighted early and often, and that your test teams have sufficient and effective test strategies, test plans, information, and resources to accomplish the team’s quality goals for your product[s]. This role will report to a QA Manager.
For this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
