Job Summary
Job Description
The Region Analytics Associate at Gojek plays a crucial role in analyzing regional data to inform business decisions. Working in a fast-paced environment, you'll research local insights and user trends to create reports improving transactions and GMV. Responsibilities include detailed business analysis, identifying problems and solutions, creating dashboards, managing monthly reports, monitoring supply and demand, and mentoring team members. The role requires strong project management, collaboration with regional and district teams, and expertise in SQL, Tableau, and other analytical tools. The goal is to strengthen Gojek's market share in Southeast Asia by understanding regional issues and devising actionable solutions across Operations, Sales, and User Growth.
Must have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics (3.2 GPA or higher)
- 3+ years experience in Business Analytics
- Strong analytical skills (SQL, Tableau)
- Project management skills
- Data analysis & problem-solving
- Mentoring and communication skills
Good to have:
- Java or other programming languages

Job Details
As our Region Analytics Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing all available data in your respective region for the business to utilize in deciding their next steps. Working in a fluid, fast-paced environment, where the latest cutting-edge software technologies are at your disposal, you’ll research and analyze local insights and current user trends to create robust business reports that will improve the overall transactions and GMV in the region. Your work will also provide the necessary data and insights for our local teams to further their experimentations and better optimize their products and services to regional preferences and needs.
What you will do
- Create detailed business analysis, outline the problems, opportunities and solutions for the business.
- Create the dashboard metric and monitor the company performance.
- Manage region monthly reports for HQ Meeting.
- Monitor supply and demand in the region and creating innovative improvement.
What you will need
- A Bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 3.2 (or equivalent academic standing), preferably majoring in Business Analytics
- Strong project management skills in order to enhance the collaboration between regional and district team in achieving regional targets
- At least 3 years of work experience in Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Business Excellence
- Solid experience in handling analytical SQL, Tableau, Java and/or other programming languages
- Ability to manage and monitor business analytics processes, such as utilizing data to provide recommendations, devise initiatives, and problem-solve
- Ability to mentor and relay information about business analytics to your team
