RPA Project Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about driving business transformation? Do you thrive on optimizing processes and leveraging cutting-edge automation technologies? If so, we want you to join our Process Improvement & Automation team as a Project Manager!

In this pivotal role, you will lead impactful business transformation initiatives, ranging from process optimization to implementing automation technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other innovative tools. Your enthusiasm for continuous improvement, combined with strong project management skills, will help drive measurable operational efficiency, productivity gains, and business success.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

●        Project Leadership: Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.

●        Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and milestones.

●        Governance & Documentation: Implement stage gates and governance processes while maintaining detailed and transparent project documentation.

●        Performance Monitoring: Develop and track automation metrics to measure the success and ROI of initiatives.

●        Industry Awareness: Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in process improvement and automation.

●        Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies to ensure smooth execution.

●        Budget Oversight: Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

●        A strong passion for process improvement and automation technologies (e.g. RPA).

●        At least 2 years of experience in project management

●        Fluency in English (written and spoken).

●        Proven ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

●        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging stakeholders at all levels.

NICE TO HAVE:

●        Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or similar).

●        Experience in managing business transformation projects in a tech-driven environment

●        Experience in the iGaming industry
