Job Description

The position is to be filled at one of our locations or remotely throughout Germany.

  • Collaboration with salespeople, consultants and internal service providers in a growing sales operations team.
  • Active participation in the design of tasks.
  • Support the sales team in day-to-day business.
  • Participation in tenders.
  • Participation in (sales-related) internal projects.
  • Supporting the drafting of the contract in close coordination with internal departments.
  • Support in creating presentations and offers.
  • Maintaining document and contract management.

Die Stelle ist an einem unserer Standorte oder remote in ganz Deutschland zu besetzen.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebler:innen, Berater:innen und zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne Dienstleister in einem wachsenden Sales Operations Team.
  • Aktive Mitgestaltung der Aufgaben.
  • Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Mitwirkung an Ausschreibungen.
  • Identifizierung und Umsetzung von (vertriebsnahen) internen Projekten und Prozessen.
  • Begleitung der Vertragsgestaltung in enger Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen.
  • Unterstützung bei Erstellung von Präsentationen und Angeboten.
  • Pflege der Dokumenten- und Vertragsverwaltung.

Qualifications

  • Very good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent written and spoken German language skills and good written and spoken English skills.
  • Likes affinity for legal.
  • Self-motivated interest in further training and development.
  • If possible, professional experience in a sales-related environment.
  • Communicative, flexible and team-oriented.
  • Those returning to work are also welcome.

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im MS Office Paket (Excel, Word und PowerPoint).
  • Du verfügst über gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten mit sehr guten Deutschkenntnissen sowie guten Englischkenntnissen in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bestenfalls verfügst du über eine Affinität zu Legal-Themen.
  • Du hast Freude an der Entwicklung und Einführung von neuen Prozessen und Projekten
  • Möglichst bringst du Berufserfahrung im vertriebsnahen Umfeld mit. 
  • Du bist kommunikativ, flexibel und teamorientiert.
  • Wiedereinsteiger:innen sind willkommen.
