Job Description

As a Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator at Ubisoft, you will manage and optimize the platform, identify improvements, resolve technical issues, and enhance user experience. You'll collaborate with in-house development teams, fulfilling support requests and managing service cloud configuration and development changes. Proactive problem-solving and effective communication of complex cloud services to diverse audiences are crucial. Your understanding of how technical services impact a large player base is key. You will work in a hybrid model, requiring on-site presence for an average of 2 days per week. This role involves managing and optimizing Ubisoft's Salesforce Service Cloud platform, collaborating with development teams, resolving technical issues, and improving user experience. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving skills are essential.

The Role

As our next Salesforce Service Cloud Administrator, you’ll be accountable for managing and optimizing our platform, identifying improvements, resolve technical issues, and enhance the overall user experience. You’ll relish the opportunity to collaborate with in-house development teams, working closely to fulfill support requests and manage service cloud configuration and development changes. Your ability to see the bigger picture and understand how your technical services knowledge impacts a large player base for our games will be crucial.
