The SAP S/4 HANA FICO Principal Architect role involves leading and managing SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and conversion projects. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, translating them into SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires conducting workshops, providing expert guidance on SAP FICO configuration, performing data migration, managing project timelines, and engaging in presales activities, developing proposals, and staying updated on industry trends. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be able to manage a team.
Must have:
- 10+ years of SAP FICO experience with successful implementations.
- Experience in presales and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA is a plus.
Good to have:
- SAP certifications in Finance (S/4HANA or FICO).
- Arabic speaking is Mandatory

Role - SAP S/4 HANA FICO Principal Architect
Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP FICO with a proven track record of successful SAP S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, and conversions.
- Experience in presales and proposal development, with the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of the financial processes and reporting requirements across different geographical regions.
- Experience working in diverse cross-cultural environments with an understanding of international finance regulations and practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- SAP certifications in Finance (S/4HANA or FICO) are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel as needed for project requirements.
- Arabic Speaking is Mandatory
- Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA Finance implementation, rollout, and conversion projects, ensuring best practices and methodologies are followed.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions within the Finance and Controlling (FICO) modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve integration issues between finance and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD).
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and enhancements.
- To meet business objectives, provide expert guidance on SAP FICO configuration, customization, and system enhancements.
- Perform data migration activities and ensure data integrity during system conversions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and objectives.
- Engage in presales activities, including conducting product demonstrations and participating in client meetings to understand their needs.
- Develop compelling proposals and presentations highlighting our SAP S/4HANA finance solutions tailored to specific client requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and SAP technologies to provide insights into potential improvements.

- Experience with Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
