Job Description

Senior Creative Strategist with 4+ years of experience in leading creative strategy for paid marketing campaigns, managing UA campaigns, PR and brand communications. Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and its relationship to storytelling through ads.

What You’ll Do:

Read books/watch series, identify USPs and key moments, and translate into creative briefs
Partner with the UA team to brainstorm, optimize and provide creative direction based on best practices, historical learnings, and competitive trends
Act as a story "producer": compile learnings on assigned stories and work with Content team to optimize content retrospectively
Ideate and brief new creatives on story and brand level
Oversee creative production lifecycle of respective briefs and provide feedback to designers
Stay on top of trends and competitors' strategy; find the next breakout format and/or platform.
Write Creative Briefs and work directly with Creative Service team in developing ad concepts
Build a pipeline of creatives that align with key marketing beats and/or evergreen initiatives

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience in leading creative strategy for paid marketing campaigns
Experience in managing UA campaigns on mobile and desktop; expertise in working with new social platforms and Influencers is a plus
Experience with PR and brand communications
Knowledge in pre and post-install UA KPIs
Strong understanding of full funnel marketing and its relationship to storytelling through ads
Experience in managing end-to-end creative development with ability to effectively communicate creative concepts to designers and writers
Track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives that have resulted in direct user acquisition and revenue growth
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-$130,000 USD. Compensation will be determined by skill level, proficiencies, and experience.
