As a Senior Data Analyst, your role involves in-game data analysis to generate quality insights that support the strategic direction and technical development of the FC Premium product. You will be a key member of the Game Development Analytics team, ensuring data-driven decision-making at every development stage by providing descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis to improve game quality. Your work will directly impact how we evaluate and improve game quality, operational efficiency, and analytics adoption across the organization. You will need to analyze in-game events and key data points, gather and consolidate data from multiple sources, define and track metrics, provide analytical support to cross-functional teams, optimize query and report performance, communicate data insights, utilize statistical software, design and monitor key metrics, develop and maintain scripts, create and maintain real-time dashboards, build and apply statistical models, mentor junior analysts, and share best practices.
Must have:
  • Gaming industry experience with video game companies
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics field
  • Expertise in SQL and data extraction from large sources
  • Experience in data visualization (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis
  • Experience managing projects and building data analysis plans
  • Experience in statistical modeling with Python or R
  • Good knowledge in using Jaas, Gsheets, Non-SQL

Senior Data Analyst As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving in-game data analysis to generate quality insights that support both the strategic direction and the technical development of the FC Premium product.  You will act as a key member of the Game Development Analytics team by being in service of the FC product, ensuring data-driven decision making at every stage of development by delivering descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analysis to improve game quality.
  Your work will directly impact how we evaluate and improve game quality, operational efficiency, and analytics adoption across the organization. You are an experienced, solution-oriented data expert with a strong analytical mindset, a passion for storytelling through data, and the ability to guide both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead analytical initiatives with high business impact.   Requirements: Must have gaming industry experience having worked with companies that developed video games 3-5 years’ experience in analytics field Expertise in SQL and ability to extract data from large data sources Data visualization experience (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) Strong experience in an analytics role performing quantitative analysis Good experience managing projects and building data analysis plans  Experience in statistical modeling with Python or R (e.g. regression, clustering) Good knowledge in using Jaas, Gsheets, Non-SQL Bachelor’s in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering  Responsibilities:  Analyze in-game events and key data points throughout the production cycle to help ensure game quality. Gather and consolidate data from multiple sources to conduct research, perform in-depth analyses, and deliver well-documented analytical solutions. Define and track metrics and KPIs for both new and existing game features. Provide analytical support to cross-functional teams (e.g., Quality Verification, Development, Production) when insights beyond standard dashboards and reports are required. Optimize the performance of queries and reports to improve data accessibility and efficiency. Communicate data insights clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders. Utilize statistical software, databases, spreadsheets, and reporting tools to conduct thorough analyses. Design, evaluate, and monitor key metrics, identifying root causes behind metric changes and trends. Develop and maintain scripts and queries to import, transform, and clean data from various sources. Create and maintain real-time dashboards and reports, complete with user-facing documentation. Build and apply statistical models to support hypothesis testing and decision-making. Mentor junior data analysts and onboard new team members, promoting knowledge sharing and team growth.
