Forescout is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with expertise in Azure Cloud services to join their team in Eindhoven. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining Azure Cloud infrastructure, collaborating with development teams for seamless application integration and deployment, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and security best practices. Responsibilities include supporting security products and platforms, providing DevOps guidelines, managing Azure infrastructure, implementing security best practices, troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, automating tasks, and contributing to platform evolution for cost-effectiveness, release frequency, quality, and security. The position requires staying updated with the latest Azure Cloud technologies and trends.
Must have:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with Azure Cloud focus.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services (VMs, Functions, AKS, Storage).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash).
- Experience with IaC tools (Terraform).
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking and cloud security.
- Experience with CI/CD and platform problems.
- In-depth experience with production workloads.
- Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytic and troubleshooting skills.
Good to have:
- Azure certifications (DevOps Engineer Expert, Solutions Architect).
- Experience with monitoring/logging tools (Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Knowledge of agile methodologies.

We are currently seeking a talented individual to join our team in a hybrid workplace environment. This role offers the flexibility to work both remotely and from our Eindhoven office.
The position requires the individual to be present at the Eindhoven office for two days a week, allowing for collaboration with our dynamic team and fostering a sense of community and connection. The remaining days can be spent working remotely, providing the perfect balance between professional engagement and personal comfort.

As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Azure Cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications while adhering to industry standards and security best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work across teams to design and support our security products and platforms.
- Provide guidelines and best practices for DevOps, Continuous Delivery, Automation and Software delivery best practices within our development teams.
- Design, implement, and manage Azure Cloud infrastructure.
- Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure and services.
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Help evolve the platform, services and service delivery to be lower cost, improved release frequency with better quality and stronger security.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure Cloud technologies and trends.
What You Will Bring To Forescout
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Azure Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of Azure services such as Azure VMs, Azure Functions, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), and Azure Storage.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, or Bash.
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing new processes and tooling to solve complex CI/CD and platform problems.
- In-depth experience with running production workloads. (e.g. monitoring, capacity planning, new service deployments, pod debugging).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent and proven analytic and troubleshooting skills for problems that span multiple domains (applications, network, system).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Azure certifications such as Azure DevOps Engineer Expert or Azure Solutions Architect.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience working in agile environments.
