CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Senior Gameplay Designer to contribute to the development of a new game within The Witcher Saga. The Senior Gameplay Designer will be responsible for proposing, documenting, and iterating on innovative designs for game systems and features. This includes working with Unreal Engine 5 to design, iterate, and balance features, collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality implementation of progression mechanics, and taking ownership of specific game features. The role also involves using data to create engaging progression experiences for players.
Must have:
- Proposing innovative designs for game systems and features.
- Documenting and improving existing systems and features.
- Designing, iterating, and balancing features using Unreal Engine 5.
- Working in multidisciplinary teams on implementation.

- Working in multidisciplinary teams on prototyping and implementing stages, ensuring that the progression mechanics are implemented with desired quality
- Taking ownership of specific features/systems of the game.
- Working with data to provide engaging progression experience for the players.
