Le graphiste sénior joue un rôle central dans les opérations marketing de Mistplay. L'objectif principal du poste est de créer des conceptions centrées sur la marque et axées sur la performance pour toutes les fonctions marketing B2C et B2B, dans le but d'obtenir des indicateurs de performance solides et d'ajouter une valeur commerciale tangible. Tu seras sous la responsabilité du directeur créatif et travailleras en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Acquisition d'utilisateurs, Cycle de vie, Réseaux sociaux et B2B.

Tes missions chez Mistplay :
Développer des supports marketing centrés sur la marque, notamment des concepts, des mises en page et des illustrations, qui renforcent de manière cohérente l'identité visuelle de l'entreprise.
Superviser et guider le processus créatif, de la conception à la production finale, en veillant à ce que chaque projet respecte les normes de qualité et les objectifs stratégiques.
Produire des supports marketing percutants et axés sur la performance (par exemple, supports visuels pour les boutiques de produits, publicités numériques, promotions dans les applications) en mettant l'accent sur l'optimisation des indicateurs clés.
Encadrer et guider les concepteurs juniors et intermédiaires, en leur fournissant des commentaires, en examinant leur travail et en garantissant des résultats cohérents et de haute qualité au sein de l'équipe.
Se tenir au courant des dernières tendances en matière de conception, des techniques et des meilleures pratiques du secteur, en partageant activement ses connaissances et ses sources d'inspiration avec l'équipe.
Collaborer étroitement avec des équipes interfonctionnelles, notamment les équipes marketing, produits et ventes, afin d'atteindre des objectifs créatifs qui correspondent aux objectifs généraux et au calendrier de l'entreprise.
Maintenir des normes de contrôle qualité rigoureuses et contribuer activement aux sessions de remue-méninges et de stratégie, en affinant continuellement les pratiques de conception.
Collaborer avec les responsables créatifs pour définir les directives visuelles de la marque et constituer une bibliothèque complète de ressources réutilisables, en affinant continuellement les pratiques de conception.

Qualifications :
Baccalauréat en conception graphique, communication visuelle ou dans un domaine connexe (ou expérience pratique équivalente).
Au moins 4 ans d'expérience au sein d'une agence interne ou d'une agence de publicité/agence numérique.
Connaissance approfondie des principes de conception, de la typographie et de la mise en page, avec un portfolio exceptionnel mettant en valeur à la fois la création de marque et le travail axé sur la performance.
Maîtrise d'Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) et des outils de conception/prototypage tels que Figma.
Capacité avérée à innover en matière d'identité de marque tout en maintenant la cohérence et la qualité.
Excellentes compétences en communication et flexibilité pour collaborer efficacement avec plusieurs parties prenantes.
Grand souci du détail, créativité et capacité à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets dans des délais serrés.

English Job Description:

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role within Mistplay's marketing operations. The position’s primary objective is to create brand-centric, performance driven designs for all B2C and B2B marketing functions, aiming to drive strong performance metrics and add tangible business value. You will report to the Creative Manager and collaborate closely with User Acquisition, Lifecycle, Social Media and B2B teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop brand-centric marketing materials, including concepts, layouts, and illustrations, that consistently elevate the company’s visual identity.
Oversee and guide the creative process from ideation to final production, ensuring each project meets quality standards and strategic objectives.
Produce high-impact, performance-driven marketing assets (e.g., product store visuals, digital ads, in-app promotions) with a focus on optimizing key metrics.
Mentor and guide junior to mid-level designers, providing feedback, reviewing their work, and ensuring consistent, high-quality output across the team.
Stay current with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices, actively sharing insights and inspiration with the team.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, and Sales, to deliver on creative objectives that align with broader company goals and timelines.
Maintain rigorous quality control standards and actively contribute to brainstorming and strategy sessions, continuously refining design practices.
Collaborate with Creative leaders to define brand visual guidelines and build a comprehensive library of reusable assets, continuously refining design practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
4+ years at an in-house agency or ad agency /digital agency.
Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout, with a stellar portfolio showcasing both brand building and performance-driven work.
High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design/prototyping tools such as Figma.
Demonstrated ability to innovate on brand identity while maintaining consistency and quality.
Excellent communication skills and flexibility to collaborate with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to effectively handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
