Avalanche Studios Group seeks a Senior IT Firstline Support to join their Stockholm team. Responsibilities include resolving support tickets through Jira, providing on-site and remote support for Windows and Apple clients, managing user onboarding/offboarding, maintaining meeting rooms, handling hardware/software purchases, and documenting solutions. The ideal candidate will possess 2+ years of relevant IT experience, proficiency with Active Directory & Google Workspace, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology. Experience in a game development studio is a plus. The role involves a hybrid work model.

We're now looking for a Senior IT Firstline Support to join our IT department in Stockholm!
As the IT Firstline Support, you will work with our internal support team to support our staff in our different studio locations. 

The Position
You will be a part of the IT department consisting of our Support and Infrastructure team. In the role you’ll be reporting to our IT Operations Manager.

To succeed in this role you will need at least 2 years of relevant work experience, know your way around computers and how to build them but most importantly: Have a true passion for IT and Tech.

What you’ll do:

    • Solve incoming support tickets through Jira Service Desk independently and in a professional way while maintaining set SLAs. 
    • Provide on-site support and troubleshoot Windows & Apple clients, hardware and software.
    • Execute the onboarding & offboarding, including setting up PCs and user accounts for new hires.
    • Create documentation of your solutions in our internal database.
    • Maintain our meeting rooms making sure they’re running as intended and providing a smooth user experience. 
    • Handle purchases of hardware and software.

Who you are:

    • 2+ years of IT experience, a plus if it’s prior experience of working in a Game Development Studio.
    • Previous experience working with Active Directory & Google Workspace
    • Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
    • A team player and able to work constructively across functions. 
    • A pragmatic, unpretentious problem solver with strong communication skills
