Ninja Van is seeking a Senior/Lead Warehouse Assistant/Storekeeper to manage warehouse operations. Responsibilities include accurately picking and packing e-commerce orders, assisting with inventory management tasks such as stock counts and replenishments, and handling inbound and outbound parcel operations. The role also involves ensuring quality control for all orders and adapting to dynamic operational needs by supporting ad-hoc tasks. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and a team player, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.
Must have:
- Pick & Pack Orders accurately.
- Assist with Inventory Management.
- Handle Inbound & Outbound Operations.
- Perform Quality Control.
- Support Dynamic Operations.
- Carry minimally items/load up to 15kg.
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments.

Good to have:
- Prior warehouse experience in e-commerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Pick & Pack Orders: Accurately pick and pack e-commerce orders to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Assist with stock counts, replenishments, and maintaining organized storage zones.
- Inbound & Outbound Operations: Handle receiving, sorting, and dispatching parcels.
- Quality Control: Ensure orders meet quality standards before they leave the warehouse.
- Support Dynamic Operations: Adapt to varying workflows and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Requirements
- To carry minimally items/load up to 15kg
- Experienced Candidates: Prior warehouse experience, particularly in e-commerce, is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Adaptable: You can thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
