Senior Marketing Planning Specialist

This Senior Marketing Planning Specialist position focuses on the publishing and operation of the game "Wild Action" in Japan. Responsibilities include dynamically adjusting publishing strategies based on product characteristics and market conditions, ultimately being responsible for revenue targets. The role requires close collaboration with the R&D team to provide optimization plans for game themes, gameplay systems, level design, commercialization, and long-term operation. The successful candidate will monitor industry trends, possess a deep understanding of potential gameplay/themes and corresponding publishing strategies, and have at least 5 years of game operation and publishing experience, with experience in high DAU products in Japan being highly preferred. Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate both internal and external work are essential. A passion for gaming and a broad understanding of various game genres are also required.
