Role Overview:We are seeking a passionate and skilled Senior Product Designer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our design team. In this role, you will play a key part in crafting exceptional user experiences for Paytm Money’s diverse suite of investment products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver visually stunning and user-centric designs that drive our mission forward.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features, from research and ideation to high-fidelity visuals and prototyping.- Create intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing interfaces aligned with business goals and user needs.- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into seamless user experiences.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.- Maintain and contribute to Paytm Money’s design system to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.

What We’re Looking For:- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in product design, with a strong focus on both UX and visual design.- A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design problems and create stunning user interfaces.- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.- Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing.- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with teams.- A user-first mindset and a passion for creating delightful experiences that make an impact.
