  • Construction of Berth/Jetty  and Approach Structures 
  • Review of contractor's methodology and time schedule
  • Manage a team of Project Engineers /Field Engineers who will be reporting to you including work allocation and performance review.

  • Review of Quality control procedures and recommend modifications if required
  • Monthly review of the progress
  • Review of monthly running bill and recommend for payment including escalation bill

  • Review of final bill
  • Assistance in Final Taking over of each component
  • Ensuring that construction is done as per Good for Construction Drawing
  • Project completion report
