In order to expand our team in Germany, we are now looking for a talented

Senior Solutions Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Develop core messaging and value propositions for our solutions and use cases, leveraging comprehensive market research and customer insights to align with customer needs.
Align marketing efforts with strategic business goals, supporting customer engagement and driving overall organizational objectives.
Independently coordinate and oversee content creation by managing internal teams and external contractors ensuring high-quality, timely execution.
Lead account-based marketing projects including community events, sales training, and content management to drive solution-focused marketing efforts.
Collaborate with the solutions and account management teams to ensure customer-centric alignment across all marketing efforts.
Monitor and optimize marketing activities, ensuring the success and impact of all initiatives.

Your profile:

Comprehensive experience in product or solutions marketing within the life sciences, demonstrating a deep understanding of market dynamics, industry-specific challenges, and the needs of our customers
Strategic mindset with the ability to align marketing activities with broader business goals and customer engagement strategies
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to independently coordinate content creation and marketing activities across multiple teams and external partners
Strong understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and experience driving solution-focused initiatives such as community events, sales training, and customer engagement
Data-driven approach, using metrics and customer insights to monitor, optimize, and enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
