DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
Installs and supports internally developed systems and third-party licensed software.
Configures servers and operating systems for performance, recoverability, and availability.
Defines the functional and technical needs of an organization and recommends solutions that may have significant impact to the organization.
Assesses available technologies to meet needs, and then define technical specifications and designs.
Evaluates, develops and modifies technology systems, addressing functional, performance, security, quality, operations and monitoring needs.
Creates detailed test scenarios, performs testing and analyses results.
Writes and scripts and uses automation to perform complex tasks.
Builds Orchestration utilizing automations built by others.
Designs simple and cost-effective systems to meet operational and security requirements.
Reviews systems operation and configuration to ensure it continues to meet design criteria.
Integrates systems with enterprise standards and tools.
Applies significant creativity and latitude to design and deliver systems.
Works with Orchestration technologies to integrate system automation with automation used by infrastructure, application, development and other teams.
Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise that may also include employees from Nintendo Company, Ltd. (NCL) and subsidiaries.
Documents all technology changes through appropriate change control.
Ensures work is completed in such a way to comply with established JSOX and other internal controls.
Provides instruction for others on day-to-day work (i.e. team lead) and is tasked with determining methods and procedures on new assignments.
Provides on-call support as needed.
SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of seven (7) years of related experience in various system development technologies, patterns and practices.
Wide-ranging experience, including proven experience leading work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Requires broad understanding of core infrastructure concepts such as networking and storage and how systems interact with them.
Experience with Cisco and EMC products preferred.
Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own technical job family and basic knowledge of related technical job families; has worked with a range of technologies.
Requires in-depth knowledge in primary job family and basic knowledge of related technical job families.
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time.
This position includes a base salary range of $114,000 - $205,000 annually, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
