Job Description
Roof Stacks seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist/HRBP to execute end-to-end recruitment, providing a high-touch candidate experience. Responsibilities include building talent pipelines, consulting with hiring managers, delivering innovative hiring solutions, providing market intelligence, generating reports, and developing global talent management processes (talent identification, reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, and rotation programs). The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of technical recruiting experience (in-house or agency), proven success in IT talent acquisition, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS systems. The role is based in Istanbul.

We have strengthened our position in the global market by opening a new office in Austin, USA, which hosts world technology giants from all over the world.
Key Responsibilities
*Execute an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the IT and none IT positions,
*Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer,
*Build strong talent pipelines and engage with talent throughout the entire recruitment process,
*Consult with hiring managers to deliver innovative and efficient solutions for hiring needs,
*Provide guidance and serve as a talent advisor to share market intelligence for hiring managers,
*Provide standart and ad-hoc reports to management team,
*Develop standards for talent and career management processes (talent identification, talent reviews, succession planning, career roadmaps, rotation programs) and takes role in full execution at a global scale.
What are we looking for?
*Bachelor’s degree in related field,
*Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
*Minimum 5 years recruitment experience especially in technology departments,
*English language skills is a plus,
*Experience with ATS System,
*Proven performance in IT talent acquisition processes,
*Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate to all levels of the organization,
*Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
