- Solid art foundation (structure, light, color, materials)
- Proficient in art tools (Houdini, Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, Substance)
- Scripting expertise (Python, Vex)
- Shader language proficiency (Cg, GLSL, HLSL)
- Unreal Engine mastery
- Profiling tool expertise (GPA, Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger)
- C# and C++ programming skills
- Experience with character art production pipeline
- Knowledge of skin, hair, and cloth rendering techniques

岗位职责
岗位职责：
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起设计渲染⽅案， 编写Shader， 实现美术效果；
• 设计美术资源规范， 确保项⽬的美术资产按照规范执⾏；
• 对游戏性能进⾏Profiling， 设计优化⽅案；
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起解决⼯具引擎⽇ 常使⽤过程中出现的问题；
• 发现美术pipeline中出现的问题， 开发⼯具提⾼美术⼯作流效率；
• 和美术及引擎程序⼀起研发新⼯具和游戏引擎的新特性， 开发范例⼯程， 技术推⼴应⽤；
岗位要求
岗位要求:
• 有扎实的美术基础： 能较好理解结构， 光线， ⾊彩， 材质等；
• 熟悉常⽤美术⼯具： 如Houdini or Blender, 3dMax or Maya， Substance；
• 熟悉脚本语⾔： Python, Vex最少⼀项， 有插件⼯具开发经验；
• 熟悉Shader语⾔： Cg, GLSL,HLSL最少⼀项；
• 熟悉常⽤的渲染算法， 计算机图形学；
• 熟悉C#， C++程序开发语⾔；
• 熟练掌握Unreal引擎；
• 熟练掌握Profiling⼯具： GPA， Adreno Profiler, RenderDoc, Debugger最少⼀项；
• 精通游戏中⻆⾊的美术制作流程， 精通⻆⾊⽪肤， ⽑发， 布料等渲染技术;
• 优秀的团队沟通及合作能⼒， 能够适应新的创造性挑战,乐于助⼈并乐于分享;
