Scopely is seeking a Senior Product Manager for their LiveOps Automation team in the Midcore division. This role, available on a hybrid/remote basis, involves driving the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps systems powered by Machine Learning and AI. The position requires defining product KPIs, making data-informed decisions, owning feature releases from concept to launch, and creating compelling proposals. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product management, particularly with large-scale, KPI-driven products, and a proven ability to deliver tangible business outcomes. Strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and experience with Machine Learning products are essential. A passion for games is a plus.

Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our LiveOps Automation team within our Midcore division on a hybrid/remote basis.

You’ll be joining the LiveOps Automation team at Scopely, where we are shaping the next generation of game operations tools that utilize Machine Learning and AI to empower scalability, personalization, and efficiency through data-driven systems. Our mission is to unlock smarter, faster, and more impactful ways for game teams to manage LiveOps strategies. This role is pivotal in helping to define the future of Scopely’s game operations.

What You Will Do

  • Drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable LiveOps systems used across multiple games and teams
  • Partner cross-functionally with game teams, central tech, data science, and operations to define high-leverage product opportunities
  • Define and monitor product KPIs across games to continuously improve platform adoption, campaign effectiveness, and operational efficiency
  • Make the best product and design decisions through data, user behavior, academic research, and industry best practices   
  • Own major feature release from conceptualization to feature launch and long-term feature maintenance, collaborating with all related subject matter experts   
  • Create compelling proposals for new features and capabilities for game and tech teams to utilize
  • Address risks and leverage opportunities in newly released features and existing features

  • Experience delivering products from 0 to 1 that drive impact
  • Experience working on large-scale products in highly KPI driven environments
  • Demonstrated ability to define long-term product strategy and deliver tangible business outcomes
  • Effective collaborators & multipliers to leverage and engage the team to bring the best work and product outcomes  
  • Strong leadership and influence skills; capable of aligning diverse stakeholders around a common vision
  • Experience working with Machine Learning products
  • Excellent ability to create clear and thought-through PRDs. Proficient in problem identification and root cause analysis
  • Default to challenge the status quo and push the boundary of best-known methods
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and resourceful   
  • Profound knowledge of development cycles and roadmaping   
  • You love games!
