Live Operations Specialist (World of Warships Blitz)

Job Description
We are seeking a Live Operations Specialist for World of Warships Blitz in Berlin. This role involves planning and delivering in-game events, promotions, and offers to boost player engagement, retention, and monetization. You will analyze player data, design new events, evaluate their impact, and support their execution. Collaboration with Live Ops, Publishing, and Development teams is key to translating data insights into actionable game design and feature planning, while also tracking KPIs and player behavior.
Must have:
- Analyze player data to identify opportunities for improving engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Design new in-game events to maximize player experience variety and improve product metrics.
- Evaluate the impact of in-game events, offers, and new content.
- Support the execution and smooth rollout of in-game events and campaigns.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track event and game performance.
- Collaborate with teams to translate player data into actionable insights for game design and feature planning.
- Assist with KPI tracking and ad-hoc player behavior analysis.
- 3+ years of experience in live ops, product analytics, or data analysis.
- Understanding of key game metrics like retention, engagement, and monetization.
- Strong Excel skills and basic experience with reporting tools.
- Ability to communicate insights clearly and work cross-functionally.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about live service games.

You will help plan and deliver in-game events, promotions, and offers that drive engagement, retention, and monetization. Collaborating with Live Ops, Publishing, and Development teams, you will use data insights to shape and optimize our live operations.
What will you do?

Work mode
Hybrid (2-3 days of work from the office).
