About The Role
As Ideogram’s Social Media Lead, you’ll architect and execute an education-first, creator-driven content engine. Reporting to the CEO, you will own the full organic funnel on X (Twitter) and YouTube while launching and scaling our TikTok and Instagram channels from the ground up. You’ll translate Ideogram’s state-of-the-art image-generation and editing breakthroughs into short tutorials, educational series, and live workshops that empower, grow, and retain a global community of makers.
What We’re Looking For
More than 3 years of experience in marketing, ideally as an early marketing hire at an early-stage startup.
Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
Experience managing contractors or freelancers to execute marketing plans.
Proficiency with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a proactive approach to marketing ownership.
Experience engaging with influencers and leveraging partnerships to grow brand visibility.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.
Founding Team
Our founding team consists of world-renowned AI experts including Mohammad Norouzi, Jonathan Ho, William Chan, and Chitwan Saharia. This team has previously led transformative AI projects at Google Brain, UC Berkeley, CMU, and the University of Toronto. Our fundamental work in AI includes: Imagen: Google’s text-to-image system, Imagen Video for video synthesis, Denoising Diffusion Models, which is the foundation of the recent generative media transformation.
