Job Description
The Solution Architect in Vietnam will be responsible for infrastructure tasks, including provisioning hypervisors, handling connectivity issues, performing upgrades, addressing day-to-day problems, and conducting audits. They will design, build, administer, maintain, and troubleshoot complex OpenStack environments, providing technical support to internal and external users. Responsibilities also include ticket management, infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, vendor collaboration, capacity planning, performance analysis, project development to improve system efficiency, and acting as the primary client interface for projects. This role requires implementing large, complex enterprise-class solutions using OpenStack technologies and performing regular system checks. Intermediate knowledge of Linux platforms, MySQL, Apache, ha-proxy, DNS, Windows and Linux operating systems, network administration, NFS and ISCSI storage protocols, and CDN architecture is essential.

· Responsible for infrastructure tasks including provisioning hypervisors, connectivity issues, upgrades, and day-to-day issues and audits.
· Designs, builds, administers, maintains, and troubleshoots complex OpenStack environments.
· Troubleshoots problems and take corrective action on a timely and effective basis.
· Provides technical support to internal and external users (customer-facing).
· Works appropriate level tickets in the queue.
· Monitors and provides maintenance for all related infrastructure.
· Works with vendors to resolve hardware and software issues.
· Gathers data for capacity planning and performance analysis of infrastructure.
· Develop projects to improve performance, efficiency, experience, capacity, etc. of environments.
· Acts as the primary interface for the client or project manager for basic to intermediate projects.
· Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions using OpenStack technologies.
· Performs regular checks of system components for errors and application of necessary corrective action.
· Intermediate working knowledge of Linux platforms and technologies and related technologies including MySQL, Apache, ha-proxy, and DNS.
· Intermediate operating systems knowledge (Windows and Linux).
· General network administration skills.
· Working knowledge of network storage protocols such as NFS and ISCSI.
· An understanding of Content Distribution Network architecture and practices.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Certifications:
The following certifications are preferred:
· COA Certified OpenStack Administrator.
· RHCSA: Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator.
· Windows Server Administration.
