・プログラム（プロジェクト）マネジメント業務5年以上。
・ハードウェア（PlayStaionコンソールやその周辺機器に類する製品）開発プログラム（プロジェクト）のプログラム（プロジェクト）マネジメント担当経験。
・多くのチームを束ねて進捗を管理し、プロジェクト全体あるいは全社レベルでのプロジェクト報告などの担当経験。
・Confluence, JIRA Dashboard, PPTなど各種ツールを使用して状況をうまく可視化できるスキル。
・情報を繋げて理解し、そこから課題を発見し解決できるスキル。
・海外メンバと協業で働いた経験。
【歓迎（WANT）】
・サーバクライアントシステムに関する理解。
・ネットワークサービス、アプリケーション全般に関する知識。
・言語問わず、何かしらのプログラム開発経験。
・PMP (project management professional certification) 保持。
・組織マネジメント経験。
・海外勤務経験。
・チームの成功に喜びを感じられる方。
・リードしつつもサポートも得意な方。
・相手の立場で物事を考えられる方。
・日本語のみならず英語での円滑なコミュニケーション能力を発揮したいと思っている方。
・英語でのプレゼンテーションやディスカッションができること
【日本語】
・ビジネスレベルの日本語力（日本語能力試験N1またはそれと同等以上）
