Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Update our ATS on each step of the hiring process
• Screening potential candidates and application forms to identify suitable profiles
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
• Posting job openings to job channels and social media platforms
• Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
• Maintain a healthy candidate experience and build the employer brand
• Maintaining Data in the required formats and generating reports
• Participate in organizing company events and careers days
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Have a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed
• Are an effective communicator who can establish rapport with people at all levels

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Proven working experience in an office environment
• Any prior experience in Recruitment
• People-oriented and results-driven
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills
• Effective communication skills
• It will be a hybrid working & the job location will be Ahmedabad Gujrat.
