DraftKings seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with stakeholders, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Responsibilities include identifying top talent in competitive markets, leveraging diverse sourcing channels (job boards, social networking, referrals, CRM, events), maintaining accurate data in recruiting systems, and continuously expanding knowledge of DraftKings' business. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of corporate recruiting or agency experience, proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus), and a data-driven approach to talent acquisition. They must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to build effective hiring strategies.

The Crown Is Yours

We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a keen eye for top talent. In this role, you will partner with key stakeholders to identify top talent for our rapidly growing business and work with an international team. We are looking for a passionate teammate who can add value to the recruitment process with data-driven solutions, and understands how to source quickly and creatively while always keeping the candidate and stakeholder experience top of mind.

What you’ll do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Act as a consultative partner to stakeholders by developing creative and data-driven sourcing and recruiting strategies to recruit top talent in highly competitive markets.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication, feedback, and interviewer preparedness.

  • Leverage diverse sourcing channels including job boards, social networking, employee referrals, CRM, and events to attract top talent and build strong pipelines.

  • Promote operational excellence by maintaining timely and accurate data within all recruiting systems and tools, and adhering to recruiting processes.

  • Continuously expand your knowledge of DraftKings’ business, customers and competition to build effective hiring strategies and generate excitement among candidates.

What you’ll bring

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of recruiting experience, with established success in corporate recruiting and/or agency.

  • Considerable experience working with applicant tracking systems, Workday a plus.

  • Strategic sourcing and inclusive hiring practices, combined with strong partnerships with business leaders to drive impactful talent outcomes.

  • Analytical thought process and proven success translating insights into impactful talent mapping.

  • Adaptability and solution-oriented approach to meet the demands of a fast-paced evolving business.
