Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales focusing on Offline Merchants QR. The role involves selling products/services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial contact to purchase. Responsibilities include driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact. The ideal candidate must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, demonstrate a zeal for growth, have good market knowledge, and prior experience in channel sales with a sales team of at least 5 members. Understanding distribution concepts, expansion strategies, and metrics is crucial. Experience in ensuring team earnings through lucrative incentives is also important.

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
