Tasks
Assisting Technical engineering team with various tasks like equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, JIRA and Service NOW ticketing system management and maintenance
Developing preventative maintenance plans
Assisting repairs service providers and providing customer support
Troubleshooting systems, identifying problems and writing reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Technical engineering or engineering in Technical field of, industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related fields, or equivalent experience required
Very good English language skills, any other language will be a plus
Experience in working in a team
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others
Excellent computer knowledge
Development skills of C++, C# and any other development skill will be a benefit
