We are looking for a rock-star Website Product Manager / Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) to join the team. You work with an international group of like-minded people who are passionate about driving global growth with sustainable go-to-market strategies and execution. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and analytic abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimization of our digital platforms, ensuring an exceptional user experience across both desktop and mobile interfaces. The role demands a keen eye for design and functionality that meets the high expectations of our diverse user base. Focus will be on enhancing the user interface and user experience (UI/UX) of our website, analysing user interactions, and leveraging insights to drive conversions through high-performing landing pages. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and maximise engagement across both desktop and mobile versions of our website. - Analyze user interactions and website metrics from both desktop and mobile platforms to optimise the customer journey. - Design and refine high-converting landing pages that perform well on both desktop and mobile devices, ensuring seamless user experiences. - Conduct A/B testing and other testing methodologies to improve conversion rates specifically tailored for desktop and mobile interfaces. - Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure that the website is responsive and optimised for all devices and screen sizes. - Continuously assess website performance and user feedback to iterate and improve the web experience. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in UI/UX design and web analytics.
Must have:
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design, website analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and experience with SEO strategies.
  • Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Good to have:
  • Expertise in Webflow, VWO, GA, Clarity, Hotjar and related tools
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Prior experience in email marketing/copywriting

Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:


•⁠ ⁠Develop and implement UI/UX strategies that enhance user satisfaction and maximise engagement across both desktop and mobile versions of our website.

•⁠ ⁠⁠Analyze user interactions and website metrics from both desktop and mobile platforms to optimise the customer journey.

Qualifications:
