Administrative Assistant (Contract)

Smilegate Entertainment is seeking a Contractual Administrative Assistant to support the general office operations. Responsibilities include managing general administrative tasks, handling vendor settlements, managing office supplies and inventory, and providing support to staff (parking, pantry, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess strong MS Office skills, demonstrate responsibility and passion for their work, communicate effectively, and display a proactive and positive attitude. Experience in the IT/gaming industry and prior administrative experience are preferred, but not mandatory. The role is based at the Smilegate campus in Seongnam, South Korea, with a contract duration of one year, including a three-month probationary period.
