Job Description
Binance, a global blockchain company, is seeking an HR Talent Acquisition specialist for its Accelerator Program. This program offers early-career talent an immersive experience in the Web3 space, focusing on networking and skill development. The role involves supporting the recruitment team in the full recruitment cycle, maintaining applicant tracking systems, scheduling interviews across time zones, developing job descriptions, pre-screening resumes, and managing HR documentation. The ideal candidate will be a current university student, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, possessing excellent communication skills, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Must have:
- Support recruitment team and hiring managers
- Maintain data in applicant tracking system
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Develop and post job descriptions
- Pre-screen resumes and track HR forms
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Data-driven and meticulous
- Experienced in Excel
Good to have:
- Human Resource related degree is a strong advantage

Current university students
Responsibilities
- Supporting the recruitment team and hiring managers in the full recruitment cycle across global business units
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date data in our applicant tracking system
- Coordinating, scheduling and managing interview logistics across multiple time zones and locations
- Developing and posting job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring manager and team
- Pre-screening resumes and ensuring all necessary HR forms and documents are tracked and filed accordingly
- Working on other ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any disciplines (on-going), Human Resource related is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Has a strong willingness to learn and ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Being data-driven & meticulous to details
- Experienced in excel and commit to a minimal 3 months full-time /part-time work arrangement
