Position Summary – Chat Operator / Game Support
We currently have a great (student) job opportunity for a Chat Operator that supports our players by answering all kinds of questions about GamePoint, our games, and the community and thus helping to improve our customers’ satisfaction. The Chat Operator is active in our community chats, answers the phone, and takes care of incoming support tickets via live chat, mail, and various social networks.
Note: EU residency is mandatory

We offer a salary of €17,24 per hour (including holiday allowance and holidays), a lunch arrangement and a fun and casual work environment, frequent team-building events, and lots of more fun and perks!
