The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear messages, managing communication plans, coordinating with departments, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all platforms. This role requires excellent writing, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include developing, writing, and editing communications, coordinating strategies, ensuring message consistency, assisting with presentations, supporting event planning, maintaining calendars, and liaising with vendors and partners.
Must have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or Marketing
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in communications or administrative role
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

  • Develop, write, and edit internal and external communications, including press releases, newsletters, reports, and company updates

  • Coordinate and execute communication strategies across departments

  • Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all communication materials

  • Assist in preparing presentations, speeches, and reports for executives and team leads

  • Support in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and announcements

  • Maintain communication calendars and track communication campaign results

  • Liaise with vendors, partners, and stakeholders when required

Qualifications
