Job Description:
We are now looking for a CX Optimization Specialist to join our data services team to enhance and optimize the customer experience by leveraging data-driven insights, conducting thorough usability and CXO audits, and implementing strategic improvements. We offering a Fixed-term contract of 14months due to our current specialist who will be going on study leave. This job has a 6-month probationary period, and you will be based at our office in Helsinki, Finland.
This role involves designing and executing continuous A/B tests, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and continuous improvement of digital platforms. The goal is to drive customer satisfaction, engagement, and conversion rates through effective project management and innovative problem-solving.
Customer Experience (CX) Strategy and Optimization: Running audits to analyze the CX situation and providing concrete recommendations.
A/B Testing and Experimentation: Designing, building, and implementing A/B tests, and continuously running the cycle of testing, measuring, and learning
Usability and User Experience Improvements: Proposing usability and user experience improvements based on site analysis and conversion rate frameworks
Data Analysis and Visualization: Analyzing data, tracking performance, and making informed decisions using analytics.
Collaboration and Communication: Working with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Project Management: Managing and executing projects, including planning, coordination, and implementation.
Digital Tools and Platforms: Familiarity with tools and platforms for conversion optimisation and digital analytics.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Tackling new challenges and solving problems effectively.
Training and Mentorship: Providing training to other team members or other departments on best practices in CX, UX, and data analysis.
Considerations for success in this role:
Have 1-2+ years of experience CRO, using tools such as A/B testing and personalization (eg. Optimizely, Frosmo, Hotjar)
Demonstrate a proactive attitude and the ability to execute tasks hands-on.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, with the capability to explain CXO, UI, and data technology concepts to a diverse range of stakeholders in both Finnish and English.
Possess experience and ambition in applying service design methods to concrete client cases.
Be adept at generating behavioral insights and presenting them using data visualization tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker Studio).
Have foundational skills in web design (JavaScript, HTML, PHP, etc.).
Possess basic skills in web tracking and analytics tools.
Identify potential clients for projects in personalization & data, and develop and offer engagements for reference building.
Take ownership of your work and responsibility, proactively seeking data-driven solutions.
Language proficiency: Fluent in both Finnish and English.
