Job Description

The Data and Measurement Account Manager (LCS) role at Google involves managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, fostering strong client and partner relationships, and providing expert advice on data solutions and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include advising on privacy-preserving data solutions, future-proofing clients' measurement setups, and activating digital transformation projects using technologies like Machine Learning. This role requires fluent Hebrew communication for direct client interaction and a strong understanding of digital media, data management, and Google's advertising platforms (Google Ads, Search Ads 360, Display & Video 360). The ideal candidate will possess advanced analytical skills and experience in data integration and attribution strategies.
Must have:
  • 5+ years digital media/sales experience

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • 2 years of experience in data management or its integration into media buys.
  • Ability to communicate in Hebrew fluently in order to interact in this customer-facing sales role.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in advanced data analysis and web analytics/SEO, or digital advertising such as programmatic media and advanced search marketing.
  • Experience in data integration and media/attribution strategy.
  • Experience in business development, client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Google Media Platforms, including Google Ads, Search Ads 360, and Display and Video 360.
  • Excellent client-service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise clients that are advertisers.
  • Cultivate and own key relationships with clients and partners across problem-solving, data, and marketing.
  • Advise and support on privacy-preserving customer data solutions and future-proofing customers’ measurement set-up in line with industry evolution on consent, cookies, usability, and tracking transparency.
  • Activate digital transformation projects to deliver everything from privacy-safe first-party data collection to custom Machine Learning (ML) and predictive analytics.
