Responsibilities

Collaborate with Search, AI, Data and Product teams to identify tooling needs
Build advanced toolsets to empower AI/ML engineers and data scientists working on Search Quality
Research existing solutions and develop custom ones where needed
Design and develop architecture that unifies new tools with existing pipelines and LLM- or agent-based evaluation frameworks

Qualifications

4+ years of industry experience
