This is a 6-month fixed-term contract role for a Head of Growth Strategy at Bally's Corporation. You will lead the development and implementation of customer strategy, identify growth opportunities, analyze customer and competitor data, and develop the overall customer calendar. The role involves working with marketing stakeholders to deliver effective customer-facing activities. This is a leadership position requiring strong commercial marketing skills, experience in developing growth strategies, and comfort with data analysis and insights.

Who we are

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. It currently owns and manages 15 casinos across 10 states, a golf course in New York, a horse racetrack in Colorado, and has access to OSB licenses in 18 states. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, online gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform.

With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games and 3,800 hotel rooms. Upon completing the construction of a permanent casino facility in Chicago, Bally's will own and/or manage 15 casinos across 10 states. Bally’s also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. 

Well, what about the team?

The purpose of the Customer Strategy and Go-to-Market team is to: Develop a Customer Plan with clear strategies for growth from a rich understanding of our venture performance, customers, competitors, and the environment in which we operate as a business. This plan will drive the growth agenda of the Marketing & Operations Teams. Lead the development of a quarterly plan and work with rest of Marketing to deliver powerful and joined up customer facing activity.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Leading the cross-functional development of the Customer Strategy
  • Identifying growth opportunities
  • Analysing our customers and competitors customers
  • Developing and owning the overall customer calendar
  • Writing quarterly brief for all Marketing Stakeholders


And what are we looking for?

  • Be a commercial marketer who understands the commercials that drive revenue and profit
  • Be experienced in developing strategies for commercial and customer growth
  • Be very comfortable with numbers and analysing and tracking results
  • Be able to use insights intensely to fuel strategy and measure success
  • Have a good understanding of all marketing levers including; CRM, Product, Comm
